The Divine Curse p.1 (Open / Started)

Koe nodded, grinning. "Yes I'm back to normal!" She whispered. She pressed her lips to his forehead quickly. "We're going to get you out of this I promise..." I won't have have another wolf die on me today! She added, pulling out her sword. She whipped it out expertly to about 6 ft, and swung it sideways over his head, managing to cut and get off most of the vines encircling his body. Faron turned into a lion, his claws sharpe enough to cut through the rest of the vines wih delicate percision.
"There,"

Aaron shook off the rest of the clinging vines and leaped away, his fur sticking up in random places. He changed back to human form, his body covered in scratches and tiny puncture wounds from the thorns. His fur had protected him better than he thought. "We need to get to the village. It's possible that the kitsune won't follow us there."

Elza nodded, sheathing her sword. "That makes sense. It's good to have you in one piece, Aaron."

''What about Ritsu?! He... went deeper in the forest to follow something......I hope he's okay......'' Akuma said worried.

Koe threw herself into Aarons arms. Burying her face in his chest. "I'm sorry," She whispered, little tears forming in her eye's. "I did something so stupid and then you almost got killed!"

Faron looked over at Akuma. "Maybe we should wait for him...."

(((I forget . . . have we all met Ritsu yet? I don't think Elza has, but I may be wrong)))

"It's all right . . ." Aaron soothed, and wrapped his arms around her. "What's important is that we're both okay, and we all get out of here. Right?" He reached his hand up and wiped a tear from her cheek with his thumb. "See? We'll be fine!"

Takeo knew they were going to the village. Might as well have one last bit of fun before that! With his Heart Illusion spell going strong, he jumped tree to tree, approaching the group. He made sure to make a cloud of mist first, it's better to separate everyone.

I wonder what I'll look like to everyone. Takeo made sure he was visible to everyone, awaiting their reaction to what their heart wanted most.

(Have fun with the illusion, guys, I'll be back in an hour or so. Suzu and mira can control Takeo!)

Koe nodded, and then the mist fell. She gently pulled away from Aaron, but grabbed his hand, trying not to get separated from him. "Don't leave," She whispered. As her eye's found the Kitsune. Or... Found... Found her whole tribe. Staring back at her. She almos let go of Aarons hand to rush at them. But she was frozen. In utter disbelief. "But.. Your all dead!"

''Yeah.... But if he's away too long I'll seach for him....'' Akuma said.
This idiot....I lost myself for a short time because of him.....This won't happen again. she thought.

Faron studied what was before him curiously. His eye's narrowed supciously as the blue eye's of his little sister stared back at him. "What!? Kira!? How are you alive!?" He exclaimed. Rushing towards her. He stopped, and studied her. "How..?"

Akuma looked into the forest.
She saw Ritsu.
''RITSU!!'' she went towards him. ''Are you allright?!''
He didn't answer.
''This can't be................''
Behind Ritsu....All the people who lived in the village which Akuma protected years ago.
She didn't move just studied all the people....

"Don't go closer." Aaron said, his heart pounding in his chest. His whole family, his mother, father, and little sister, were staring at him, smiling, beckoning for him to come closer. But that was impossible. He . . . he had killed them! The night he Turned. All he remembered was waking up in a pool of their blood. "It . . . it has to be the kitsune. It has to be . . ."

Elza froze. Standing in the midst of them all was Silvrata, a magnificent tiger with pure white wings half unfolded. "You . . ." She stammered, unable to tear her eyes from the Goddess, "You . . . you ruined everything! This is all your fault!" Elza's sword appeared in her hands, and she pointed it at the divine animal. "Why . . . why did you do this to me . . ?"

''This.... is ... an.... ILLUSION!!!!'' Akuma cried and pulled out her sword. She twirled around with her sword to get the fog away. She cut some trees but she didn't mind.

Koe nodded, studying the people of her tribe. "Aaron… If you... If you look closely enough... You'd see small little details blurred out or wrong," She whispered, her eyes narrowed. She stared at her mother, she was adorned with the finery of the cheif animal speaker, but her tattoos were missing, and her face was rather blurry. Next she looked at her father, the chief of the tribe. His tattoos were green, and he had on the cheifs clothes. But they just looked wrong!

Faron reached out to his little sister, and when she didn't move, just stood there and smiled, he knew something was up. He watched as Akuma freaked out. But Takeos illusion didn't falter for the others.

Takeo watched cooly as the Akuma girl freaked out, then focused on the others. When Elza started to wave her sword around. He ended the spell, Better not to get killed by some fun He thought as he jumped away before anybody could see him.

Akuma stopped. The fog was gone.
''I'll search for Ritsu now!'' akuma said and runned into the forest, searching for Ritsu.

The mist dissipated, and Elza was left with her sword pointing at nothing. She let the tip drop, her body numb. "So . . . it was all fake." Her face was blank, but her eyes looked pained. "Of course. Of course it was fake. There's no way she would just . . . show up like that." Elza cursed in an ancient elven language and let her sword disappear with the last wisps of fog.

Aaron was shaking, his arms close to his body, his hands covering his face. He didn't remember letting go of Koe's hand, but now all he wanted to do was erase the memory of the family he had murdered. Their faces were haunting him, still smiling, as if they still loved him. How could they? He had murdered them, and didn't even remembered doing it! He was a despicable being. He didn't deserve Koe, or Ronos' blessing. It was all wasted on him. All of it . . .

Koe at Aaron. And then swiftly wrapped her arms around him. "Whats wrong?" She whispered, rather shaken herself from seeing her tribe. "Don't... Don't... Don't be upset please! It was just an illusion. Meant to shake us! Please! Don't upset!"

Faron watched as his sister disappeared, and moved away quickly. Frowning. "It was... It wasn't her," He looked around to see the others, shaken and hurt. Then he rushed over to Elza. "You? Younokay?" He asked, putting a hand on her shoulder.

"Yeah . . . I'm fine." Elza "said, then blinked. "We need to get everyone to the village now."

Aaron calmed a bit as Koe put her arms around him, his shaking slowly stopping. He wiped his eyes with the back of his hand, even though they were dry. "I'm sorry, I know . . . It's just . . . they seemed so real . . ." Aaron took a deep breath and let it out slowly, looking Koe in the face and forcing a smile. "It's okay . . . I'm okay. What about you?"

Koe nodded, then looked back to the place where her tribe was standing. "I'm.. Fine..." She replied, stepping away. "We should go," She whispered, looking at Elza and Faron.

Faron nodded and looked at Elza. "But Akuma and Ritsu... They dissappeared into the forest. What about them?" He asked, meeting Koe's gaze before looking back around the area. "Thy shouldn't have left," He grumbled. Frowning.

That was great!

Takeo couldn't help but laugh, it went so perfectly! Ah, tricking people was just in his nature! But now the time for tricking was gone, and he pondered the thought of joining them. He would consult with Ankoku before making this decision, though. Takeo hoped Ankoku enjoyed his antics.

"No. They shouldn't have. We can't stay around here - it's too dangerous. We have to get moving again." Elza re-shouldered her pack, which she had somehow managed to keep a hold on. "We won't be staying in the village long, or else we might attract attention. Got it?"

Aaron nodded, burying his thoughts and emotions again. This wasn't the time or place to grieve - the kitsune might show up again at any time.

Koe grabbed her stuff as well, looking around. "They'll catch up," She muttered to herself, starting to walk. "I don't want to stay here any longer," She said, looking around at the now forboding trees.
Faron nodded, "For once I agree with you Nomad,"
Koe clenched her fists, then whipped around to face him. "WILL YOU PLEASE STOP CALLING ME THAT!?" She yelled. Faron smirked.
"Why should I?"
"Because you're really p*****g me off!" She snapped, turning back around.
"Yeah okay," He answered, rolling his eye's.

Elza rolled her eyes and flicked Faron in the forehead. "Don't tell me you like like her, do you?" Elza teased, sticking her tongue out at him. "Boys tease girls when they like them, y'know," she winked at Koe and raised her eyebrow at Aaron, making him blush.
